Terms & Conditions

By using the ClosFit platform and its services, you (“the Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Period & Return Policy
• Any outfit rented via ClosFit must be returned within 5 days from the date of order.
• Failure to return the outfit within the stipulated period may result in legal action being initiated by ClosFit.

 
2. Damage Policy
• In the event of damage to the rented outfit, ClosFit holds the right to deduct an appropriate charge from the refundable deposit submitted by the customer.
• The damage charges will be determined solely by ClosFit based on the extent and nature of the damage.

 
3. Order and Delivery Updates 
• Order and shipping status will be available in the ‘My Orders’ section of the customer’s account.
• Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to the absence of live tracking.

4. Same-Day Delivery Policy
• Same-day delivery is available only for orders placed between 12:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered on the following day, subject to store availability. If the corresponding store is closed on that day, delivery will be delayed accordingly.

5. Refundable Deposit 
• The refundable deposit will be credited back to the customer’s account within 48 hours of the outfit being returned.
• If the vendor reports dissatisfaction or any damage to the returned item, ClosFit may deduct appropriate charges from the deposit amount.

6. Shipping Policy 
• Shipping is free of cost within a specific distance range as determined by ClosFit.
• For deliveries exceeding this range, standard delivery charges will apply, as per ClosFit’s pricing policy.

7. Use of Personal Information
I hereby give my consent to ClosFit to collect, use, and process all personal information provided by me on the website. This data will be utilized solely to enhance and personalize my experience on the platform.
